Founder / CEO

JB is a visionary strategist who helps leaders harness AI and human brilliance to build companies with purpose. He has 35+ years experience at companies like Apple, Arbitron and several startup companies. He has successfully mentored hundreds of SMB executives and is the designer of the Insight 360 process. He believes that aligning people, values, and technology is the key to the next phase of evolution.

Srinivasan Ramanujam

Founder / CTO

Srini Ramanujam is a seasoned technology executive with 20+ years of experience in software development, mobile devices, enterprise mobility, and cloud applications. He has co-founded and led several companies. Srini has worked with prominent companies like SAP, Sybase, and iAnywhere, and holds multiple patents on the technologies developed and multiple certifications in blockchain, ITIL, and project management.

Gowtam Ramanujam

Founder / V.P. of Products

Gowtam brings over eight years of cross-disciplinary experience — from software engineering and game design to leading AI-powered product innovation. Gowtam is the designer and developer of the YosiHealth platform, a key part of Synergi AI's product offering to the healthcare industry. His expertise focuses on aligned, ethical, and scalable solutions that create meaningful impact for growing companies.
